Please keep in mind that our carriers need a valid physical address we can not deliver to PO Boxes. If no one is home during the time of delivery the package, depending on its size will be left in your mailbox or at the front door. Kaydan is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been confirmed to be delivered to your requested address. The customer is also responsible for providing the correct mailing address if a shipment is returned to us because of an undeliverable address the customer must pay for any return postage charges to Kaydan.

Please note we offer FREE local Collingwood delivery in L9Y area code on orders $75.00 or more. For local residence from around the Collingwood area or for those who may be visiting you can still have a pick up option free of charge on all orders over $30. Simply just type "pick up" on the voucher section at check out. We can then arrange a time for you to pick up your order from our office.

In the event that our shipping cost greatly exceeds the amount allocated for a specific province due to a remotely located shipping address, we will contact the customer with the cheapest shipping option and the customer can decide if they are willing to pay the full amount of the shipping cost or if they would prefer a full refund.
Damaged and Incomplete Shipments
All deliveries should be inspected immediately. Any damaged or missing products should be reported at the time of delivery. Make sure to describe it on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Missing or damaged items should be reported within 5 days to our customer service department. Send a picture of damaged parcel and products to: email@example.com to open a claim file.
In the event you want to return a product. Please inform us by phone or e-mail within 3 days after delivery, including the reason for the return. We accept only unused/unassembled items in resalable condition and in its original packaging. The return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in resalable condition a full refund will be provided, minus any discrepancies in the true cost of the original shipping. Please be aware that certain sanitary or specialized / custom items are non-refundable. Please pack the item in its original delivery box if possible, along with your invoice. Make sure the parcel is well protected to prevent breakage during transport. Choose a shipping method with a parcel tracking number and keep your invoice as proof of shipping.
In the event where a customer has provided Kaydan with a non-deliverable address. They will be responsible for the actual delivery charges of the delivery and the return shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from any refunds. A $15 restocking fee may also be applied.
Apartment Buildings and Unit Numbers
Kaydan will generate and send out an automatic tracking number for deliveries. For customers that are unable to have parcels delivered directly to their door or place of business, those customers are responsible to keep track of the delivery of products if carriers need to be buzzed in to delivery packages. Kaydan is not responsible for returned shipments due to a carrier not being able to gain entree to drop off a parcel.

For your convenience, we accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We also take Purchase Orders from Commercial Customers & Public Entities like hospitals & schools.
Due to the extra paperwork involved and the delay of payment, we have a minimum order of $100. The purchasing organization must also pay for the full cost of the shipping if over the on-line estimate.
Guarantee of Satisfaction
All our products are selected with quality and value in mind. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please call or e-mail us within 5 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days. Please be aware that while will replace any missing or broken parts certain specialized / custom items are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for supervised use; therefore we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Kaydan Sensory Solutions does not disclose buyer's information to third parties and will never give or sell information provided to us by a client. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
