Delivery Conditions

Please keep in mind that our carriers need a valid physical address we can not deliver to PO Boxes. If no one is home during the time of delivery the package, depending on its size will be left in your mailbox or at the front door. Kaydan is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been confirmed to be delivered to your requested address.

Shipping and handling   (all prices in Canadian Dollars)

Please note we offer FREE local Collingwood delivery in L9Y area code on orders $75.00 or more. For local residence from around the Collingwood area or for those who may be visiting you can still have a pick up option free of charge on all orders over $30. Simply just type "pick up" on the voucher section at check out. We can then arrange a time for you to pick up your order from our office.

Within Canada

Delivery costs for Quebec and Ontario:

  • $12.00 for orders less than $100
  • 10% for orders between $100- $200
  • 7% for orders between $200- $500
  • 5% for orders between $500 - $750
  • Free for orders over $750

Delivery costs for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island

  • $15.00 for orders less than $100
  • 12% for orders between $100- $200
  • 10% for orders between $200-$500
  • 7% for orders between $500- $750
  • 5% for orders between $750-$1000
  • Free for orders over $1000

Delivery costs for Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon

  • $30 for orders less than $100
  • 20% for orders between $100- $200
  • 15% for orders between $200- $500
  • 12% for orders between $500- $1000
  • 10% for orders between $1000 and over

Please note oversized, drop shipped & specialty items may have an additional fee which will be displayed on the product page if applicable.

Remote Locations

In the event that our shipping cost greatly exceeds the amount allocated for a specific province due to a remotely located shipping address, we will contact the customer with the cheapest shipping option and the customer can decide if they are willing to pay the full amount of the shipping cost or if they would prefer a full refund.

Damaged and Incomplete Shipments

All deliveries should be inspected immediately. Any damage should be reported at the time of delivery. Make sure to describe it on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Damages should be reported within 5 days to our customer service department. Send a picture of damaged parcel and products to: to open a claim file.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

All our products are selected with quality and value in mind. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please call or e-mail us within 5 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days.

Return Policy

In the event you want to return a product we accept only unused/unassembled items in resalable condition and in its original packaging. The return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Return freight must be prepaid. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in resalable condition a full refund will be provided less shipping fees.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for supervised use; therefore we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change. 

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Kaydan Sensory Solutions does not disclose buyer's information to third parties and will never give or sell information provided to us by a client. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
