Damaged and Incomplete Shipments
All deliveries should be inspected immediately. Any damage should be reported at the time of delivery. Make sure to describe it on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Damages should be reported within 5 days to our customer service department. Send a picture of damaged parcel and products to: email@example.com to open a claim file.

Guarantee of Satisfaction
All our products are selected with quality and value in mind. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please call or e-mail us within 5 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days.
In the event you want to return a product we accept only unused/unassembled items in resalable condition and in its original packaging. The return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Return freight must be prepaid. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in resalable condition a full refund will be provided less shipping fees.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for supervised use; therefore we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The supervisor assumes all risk of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
