On a scale of 1-4, with 4 being the fastest and most complex harmonic content, Energy is a 4. Energy is not intended for activities requiring high cerebral concentration as the arrangements are too active and might be distracting (Use Calm and Uplifting). Energy is designed to enliven and invigorate. Use it for 10 minutes at a time or more - based on physical condition and ability to absorb stimulation.
Each unique arrangement is performed by the award-winning players of the Apollo's Chamber Ensemble and produced with latest audio technology to ensure premium quality recordings. Compositions are by Bach, Scarlotti, Beethoven, Haydn, Mozart, Chopin Rachmaninoff, Debussy, and Mendelsohn. Additionally, the wonderful Eastern European Gypsy-style music of Gossec, Doppler and Monti make these albums nothing but sonic fun!
