Operates easily with just 2 dials: total alarm time & warning time. Total alarm time ranges from 5 minutes to 2 hours , in 5 minute increments. Counts down until the colored light glows & the alarm sounds.

Volume can be adjusted or turned off if you prefer visual timing only.
